Right of withdrawal

 If the item received differs substantially from that on the site or does not correspond to the expectations of the customer, it will be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 days of receipt of the product.

In order for the customer to exercise this right, the item must be intact in all its parts, including the labels and original packaging. Packaging must guarantee protection of the product during transport.

If the product does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, the customer will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal and therefore will not be entitled to a refund.

If the product respects the conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 working days of the arrival of the pack. The reimbursement does not include shipping costs, neither the ones for the original shipping of the goods nor the ones for their subsequent return. To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must send an e-mail in advance to the reference mailbox [email protected], inserting the following data:

–  order number

–  item for which the customer wishes to request a refund

–  reason for the return

–  personal data and bank details for the reimbursement

Changing an item

 It is possible to change an item within 30 days from the date indicated on the receipt attached to shipment. The item must be intact and unused, with all the labels present and packed in the original packaging. The customer can:

– go to the store and change the item for free, choosing one or more products of equal or higher value (paying the difference in this case);

– send the product to our shop and proceed with a new order.

The customer will bear all shipping costs and any costs for packaging. The request must be made by sending an email to [email protected], specifying:

– order number

– article and size (in the case of clothing)

– reason for the return

– personal data and bank details for the reimbursement

Shipping

The shipping of products purchased from e-commerce is carried out by DHL Express courier and is avaiable in Italy, in countries belonging to the European Community and in non-EU countries. The service of taking charge, packaging and shipping of the items will take place from Monday to Friday during the opening hours of the shop. In case of a purchase during the weekend or during university holidays, the order will be accepted on the first working day following the date of the order. Ca’ Foscari University and TNT are in no way responsible for any delays in delivery due to force majeure.

Costs

Shipping costs vary according to the country of destination, the volume and weight of the package. Customers will be able to view the final shipping cost when paying for the order.

Rates for international shipping are indicated in Annex 1. To these, where required, customs duties may need to be added, and such fees will in any case be charged to the customer.

We therefore invite you to carefully check the recipient’s data and to monitor the shipment using the tracking that will be sent when the order is shipped.

Customs duties

 If the shipping country is not part of the European Union, the goods may be subjected to the imposition of customs duties and sales taxes. Any additional charges relating to customs clearance will be paid by the recipient. In case of refusal of the goods, the buyer will still have to bear the costs of sending and returning the goods, in addition to customs duties. For more information, we recommend that you contact the competent customs offices in the country of destination.

 Timing

 Orders are processed within 24 hours following confirmation of payment for the products just purchased:

–  in the national territory the delivery of the products takes place within 3/4 working days

–  in Europe, the delivery of products takes place within 7/8 working days

–  in non-European territory, the delivery of the products takes place within 10 or more working days

Any delivery delays may be due to temporary unavailability of the products, to malfunctions of the service by the courier or to force majeure. Orders placed during holidays or weekends will be processed on the first working day.

Delivery attempt

 In the event that the delivery is unsuccessful due to the absence of the recipient, a notice will be left and a second attempt will be made the following day. If the goods are not delivered within 7 days, they will return to the sender and the buyer will have to place a new order.

Terms of payment

The purchase of products can be made by credit card belonging to the Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (PagoPa, VPay) circuits.

Products not available

 In the event that one or more products are unavailable, these will be automatically deleted from the order and the amount for the missing product will not be charged.
